Lookalikes

Isn't it weird how you see a person on one side of the world and then you come back to the other side of the world and see the same person in a different form? Basically the point is, it's weird looking at people and then their lookalikes. It's pretty freaky.

I know this one dude who looks exactly like Taylor Lautner when he was tiny. I've also seen this other guy in the mall who looks like all four of the Jonas Brothers together. It was so cool.

Sometimes, maybe not necessarily in the looks, people remind me of other people. You know that Taylor Lautner lookalike guy I was talking about? Well, I'm not even kidding, he acts just like he came out of 'The Lost Hero' as Leo Valdez. I swear. His sense of humor is just like Leo. The other cool part is that his brother's character is like a replica of Jason Grace! He's pretty serious, has a different sense of humor, very sarcastic and tends to dominate. But it's so mysterious how they come from the same family and act like both the protagonists!

At times, I find lookalikes that I do not want to be found as lookalikes. For example, my dumb friends say I look like my Geography teacher in a morphed way and from a certain angle. I do not look a thing like her. Believe in moi. But unfortunately, my idiots think so. Well you nincompoops, I certainly do not! (referring to those friends) *growls in disgust*

Best Christmas Present Ever

I was reading this article on Yahoo! earlier today. It was such an inspirational story to read and it made my heart skip a beat. Teaching moral lessons to never give up on what you want and working hard towards is this girl's example. Reuniting with her family would probably be her best Christmas present ever. On a similar note, it's pretty freaky to imagine that while we were sitting back home, kick back and relaxing on that day of the quake, over 40000 people went missing and over a million were displaced. Life's pretty scary and unpredictable and we should be thankful and grateful for where we are. Thank you God.
Merry Christmas!

2011 : A Great Year

The year's coming to an end and late yesterday, I was thinking about how many things happened this year. There's been plenty of good stuff that's happened to me as well as a few bad things I'd rather not mention. But to keep it simple : 2011 was amazing. Why? Here's why.
1. I turned freshman! And freshman year in school was great. New friends, new experiences and plenty of fun.
2. I'm 14! And that's 2 years less than when I can drive a car.
3. I wrote a better story than I ever have before. I'll try to post it if I can.
4. I've realized my inner passion. A passion of mine that I want my future to be. Writing.
5. I've read the Percy Jackson series and Heroes of Olympus series this year! And they are definately one of the most epic series I've ever read so far!
6. I've been obsessed with the Jonas Brothers this year. Yes, I know it's pretty weird and hard to believe. But I've been actually obsessed with them this year. And they're definetly come on to my inspiration list. Atleast, Nick J. does.
7. I completed Grade 5 in piano! 3 more grades to go and I'm a real pianist!
8. I've won quite a few things at school this year in music and literature. Go Summer!
9. I'm travelled a lot this year. And all of the travels had been great.
10. HARRY POTTER 7 : PART TWO! AHHHHH. PURE AWESOMENESS.
11. I was Khione this Halloween and that was pretty cool.
12. I found my soulsister.
13. I've improved myself a lot in many different ways. Be it playing shuttle, the way I write, my grades, the way I sing... everything. Okay. Now, I just sound a little like a boastful cat. I'll stop.
14. I've learnt to bake stuff real well.
15. Nicky turned three!
16. I've organized a fail surprise birthday party for my friend.
17. I've had gazillions of shopping sprees with my mom and friends.
18. I've read plenty of good books this year that I haven't before. Weird I haven't before, but books like 'Shiloh'.
19. I've starting following a few shows on television and they're plain awesome.
20. I've had many moments this year (good and bad, but mostly funny ones), that I'll prolly remember forever. Well not really forever, but like few more months or two.

Ah. That's all I can think of for now. It's crazy how the year passed by so quick and we're on the edge of the year already. But overall, this year was awesome and I can't wait for 2012 to be the same way either.

Dreams

I've been having a lot of dreams lately and they feel so...real. Like they've actually happened. It's so freaky how they're just a reflection of what we think on a daily basis. But what if? What if dreams are actually a connection to a parallel universe? What if you think they're just your imagination but they're actually happening? What if they're a path to something that could happen? What if they're a vague reflection of the future? I think I've just found out what my next story is going to be about.

What I Would Not Say to a T-Rex

We did this in our creative writing workshop. It was pretty cool and so, I'm gonna type it out.

1. "Hey! I put on a new perfume that smells like 'chicken meat'. Wanna smell dude?"
2. "Do you want to have a fist fight with me?"
3. "I'll have that last bit of the yummiest pasta mom. Don't give any to this weirdo."
4. " You smell real bad. Like a stinky sock that hasn't been washed for years?"
5. "What's up with your body? It has slimy stuff all over. Gross."
6. "You're too ugly to get married."
7. "How come you're bald?"
8. "A snail can run faster than you, you doofus."
9. "Your nose looks like Voldemort's."

The Future

What are you going to do in the next 15 years? Where will you be? Would you be famous? Would you meet your inspiration? Would you accomplish what you want to do now? Would you be on a totally different path from what you expected to do? Would your best friend stay your best friend? Is your best friend who she/he used to be? Where would you be living? Would you have a bigger family? Would you be richer? Would there be robots dominating the world? Would 2012 strike in the year 2050?

Close your eyes and try to view the future. Pretty creepy, huh?

1D and the Jo Bros

Challenge Summer #9 : The prompt, 'One Direction versus the Jonas Brothers', was given in to me by a girl who claims to be Thalia Grace and Alicia Meadows. Word/Page Limit : Not mentioned.

Jonas Brothers, a band of three cool boys, Nicholas, Joseph and Kevin would probably be the best-est, most awesome-est band in the world. They're practically music gods. And really nice people as well. They make good music. They're from a good family. They're dedicated to charity. They're really sweet. They're quite good-looking (sophisticated styled). They're amazing. They're inspirational. Although Joe could be going quite off now, I'd probably forgive his mistakes he has committed due to the great things he has done to music in his past. The Jo Bros have been and will always be my top favorites on the music factor and famous people factor. OBSESSIVE JONAS DISORDER.

One Direction, another real cool band composed of five people. I love One Direction to the core of the Earth. They're plain amazing. Their most recent and first album, 'Up All Night', is probably one of those albums where each and every song is incredible. And the really good thing about this band is I love each and every one of them. Starting off with Liam Payne. Liam's voice is ahhh...angelic. It's so pretty <3 Liam's attitude is really mature too. His bandmates call him the grandpa of their band. He's a lot like Nick Jonas, which makes me like him even more. Zayne Malik's voice is awesome too. And guess what? He looks just like Joe's brother. Louis Tomlinson's voice is really good and he's super funny. If I had to compare Kevin Jonas to the band, he'd be this guy. Niall's voice is so-so, it's not that great but not bad at all. Last is that Harry Styles dude. People say he looks like Nick Jonas, but lo! He dosen't. It's just the hair. I hate Harry's attitude too. It's like blech. He's like the one guy in the whole band I sort of don't like. But his voice when he's singing...it's so pretty. One Direction is the best-est, most awesome-est band after the Jo Bros (that's still a huge compliment). ONE DIRECTION INFECTION.

It ends with a line, 'Jonas Brothers will be my number one and One Direction will be a slight step lower but still my favorites.'

Just A Bit Of Everything

Yup, I'm sorry I haven't been writing anything much on this blog for the past few days blah blah blah. Truth is, I have been writing. Writing a lot. Summer here, has written two book reviews, one original story, half of an original story and a group story that was capable enough to win first place(yeahh!) all in the past three weeks. Whatever. Point is, I'm here for a quick update on what/how I've been thinking/doing/changing lately. Right away.

1. I realized I'm real good in writing emotional stories. Except, I started a new story that's TOTALLY based on something different which I'm not going to be sharing on this very blog
2. PERCY JACKSON AND THE SEA OF MONSTERS IS COMING OUT!!! YAY! All I need to do now is wait for 2013. *growls*
3. ONE DIRECTIONNN :) THEY'RE PLAIN AMAZING. It's like reliving the Jonas Brothers Popular Time all over again. Ahhh. ONE DIRECTION INFECTION.
4. Chocolate Brownies and Vanilla Cupcakes. I baked them last week. The brownies turned out well while the cupcakes turned out to be a fail.
5. My birthday passed about a week and a half ago. I'M FINALLY 14!
6. I know it's pretty late for a 14 year old to read a book but I officially am done reading 'Shiloh'. It's an amazing book. It relates to you even better when you have a dog.
7. I'm going to order stuff from Amazon this week for my Secret Santa and myself. Yeah, that's right, we're doing the Secret Santa thing at school. I'm really want a Jonas Poster, One Direction Poster or a Percy Jackson poster if I am gonna get anything. Along with the One Direction's autobiography and the Jonas's autobiography as well. I know perfectly well what to get my Secret Santa. Plus, my best friend, Alicia's birthday is coming up. So I probably am gonna get her something as well.
8. Creative Writing Workshop's gonna open again this Saturday!
9. GUESS WHAT? I was stalking Rick Riordan's website and apparantly Camp Half Blood exists in three different places across the whole of America! Isn't that unbelievable? Apparently, it's a short seven-day day camp or so. They divide you into cabins based on your godly parent, make you play Capture The Flag and other demigod activities. I wish I could go :(
10. ONE DIRECTION'S COMING TO AMERICA THIS MARCH! EEEEEEEE! I'm gonna go deaf-eee-net-leeee :)
11. My hair's this real cool color. It's like this naturally highlighted shade of colors. It has a few strands of chocolate brown, black, oak-ish brown, light brown, dark brown and red. You can't really tell from a distance but when you examine it really closely, you can tell. It's pretty interesting.
12. My World History teacher looks like a dinosaur.
13. Nicky's become thinner.
14. I was looking back at the poems and stories I've written when I was a kid and I happen to find this one poem called, ' My Brother Put His Foot In My Cereal'. The surprising thing is that I've written this poem about seven months ago. There was this other one named, 'The Statue of Liberty goes for Vacation' and 'Cupid Falls In Love'. They were pretty cool.
15. Someday I'll be living in a big old city... TAYLOR SWIFT OBSESSION KICKS IN TOO. She's amazing. It's like the old seventh grade Summer is coming back to me. I started liking Jacob Black/Taylor Lautner all over again. Questa probably must be shaking her head at this sight.
16. There's so much drama going around in school. We're just freaking freshmen here and these kids act like they're part of Desperate Housewives. I can't really explain anything here, but I wish I could. *sighs*
17. I gotta go now. Tootlieloos.

Choosing

If I had to choose between :

Jason/Piper : Well if you know me well, you'd know my straight away obvious answer. Jason is more secure, understanding and makes me feel more comfortable than Piper. It's not Piper's fault that she has a character that's quite selfish and...different. I guess its because of her mom's Aphrodite.

Sirius Black/Hagrid : I'd have to pick Sirius. I guess it's half because I'm a LOT like Sirius and the other half because I feel really bad for him. Until he was 18-ish, Sirius would have probably had the best teenage life ever. But then, he has to throw away all that aside when the bad part of his life strikes. He gets thrown into the Azkaban, his best friends think that he betrayed them and his life reduces to a pile of dung. And once his life begins to rearrange back together again...when Harry was supposed to move in that summer...when he was going to start anew... he passes away. It's all so sad. RIP SIRIUS BLACK.

Liam Payne/Taylor Lautner : Liam <3.

Spongebob Squarepants/The Fairly OddParents : I'm a big Spongebob freak, but being a 13 years 358 days old, and changing interests, I'd have to say I like the other show better.

Stephanie Meyer/Sara Shepard : Stephanie Meyer, with no hesitation. Even though her storyline sucks, her writing is amazing. It's intriguing and really descriptive. Sara Shepard's storyline is okay-ish but her writing is so draggy and puts in unnecessary scenes, which makes it altogether blech.

Golden Retrievers/Labrador Retrievers : GOLDEN RETRIEVERS!!! But, I have a Labrador retriever and she's still like the cutest thing on the planet.

I have to go now. Babliboo.

Sprouting Randomness Part Three

Back On To The Brothers
Face it, Summer. I cannot, absolutely cannot stay away from the Jonas Brothers. I just cant stay mad at them for more than a week. They're just plain amazing. And I'm not explaining my obsession all over again.

Creative Writing Aboard!
I'm taking these real cool creative writing sessions with a few people from my neighborhood. It's pretty fun. We do these creative writing activities and she gives us things to write about and stuff. Considering the fact I want to be a journalist/free-lance writer/author/something-to-do-with-literature, it's a good step ahead.

Pudding=Rock Cakes?
Alicia came over two weeks ago and we tried making chocolate pudding from a recipe in the newspaper. Guess what it turned out like? Hagrid's rock cakes.

Being A Different Person
Do you feel that way too? Or act that way? I'm a total different person at school when compared to the way I act 'round family. Alicia says she acts like that too. It's not necessarily that one character is good and the other one is bad. It's just that both are quite...different.

One Direction!
Another obsession kicks in. ONE DIRECTION FOREVER YEAHH! I sort of don't even like all of them that much. Harry's like a Nick Jonas dupe dude. Zayne's like a Joe Jonas dupe. Tomlinson and the other guy, I don't even know much about them or haven't listened to their X Factor performances much. That leaves Liam Payne. LIAM <3

Pretty Cool Nails
Unfortunately, I don't have nails. But for those girls who do, make sure you check this, in case you haven't. My favorites are the 'Cookie Monster' ones and the 'M&M' ones and the 'Newspaper' ones.

Guess what?
Three Posts in a single hour!

When Old Meets New

Today at school, we had this group story writing competition thing. Alicia, this other girl and me were in this team. The way it goes is the librarian gives us a topic to write about. Without planning, one of us goes and begins typing the story on the computer. After 10 minutes, we pass the computer over to the next person who continues the story. After another period of 10 minutes, we pass it to the last person who concludes the story. The basic rules were 'no planning' or 'looking over at the computer when the other person was typing in'. Guess what topic we got? The sole one topic that we crossed our fingers in hope that we don't get, we get. Suspense/Crime Scene.

However, you may consider it as rule-breaking, but we sort of didnt follow the rules. *giggles* The librarian told us to decide who goes first and last and blahh, and we took advantage of the few seconds she gave us to discuss our plot in brief. It came out pretty well for a 30 minute story.

Our story, 'When Old Meets New' was a story about a 50 year old Melissa Middleton reciting a personal anecdote to her grandchildren. The story talks about how Melissa used to be a popular girl during high school and used to bully other kids around. Then, the story switches to her being stalked by someone, in reality and via the internet. This 'stalker' turns out to be one of the kids she used to bully a lot. After that, there's a mini action scene, eventually leading to the stalker dude getting caught. It turns out that the pressure and bullying he went through during high school turned him revengeful against Melissa and much more...it turned him schizophrenic.

The story was actually quite cool, although it would have been better if we had more time. It's like this vague adaption of the movie 'Cyberbully', except a little different.

I'd post it in onto the blogger thing if that librarian sends or gives it back to us. *sighs*

A Haiku, Tanka and Cinquain

The Haiku : Memories
Laughing and Playing
Sitting on my daddy's lap
Memories of mine

A Tanka : Rainbows
An arch in the sky
Seven different colors
So very beautiful
When the rain and sunlight meet
A magnificent rainbow

A Cinquain : Nicky, the best dog ever
Barking
Hyperactive
Licking me with her love
With me and for me forever
Nicky

What I Am Not Going To Do Today

Challenge Summer #8 : This prompt was given in to me by Questa. Except she gave me two conditions. One, it has to be a list containing atleast 15 items. Two, I need to write in a style she does. And that's the catch here. Aahhh. I'm dead.

Well, here goes my fail attempt at imitating Questa. ---

What I'm Not Going To Do Today

1. Watch an episode of Desperate Housewives. The show is absolutely blech. Hear ye, that show shall be trodden over by a pair of pink ponies, I say! Actually, that show is a mere disgrace to ponies. Yes, it shall be trodden over by the evil forces of Gaea and Typhon! *evil laugh*
2. Play the guitar. Unfortunately to mes interest, I cannot play the guitar. *shake head in disapproval* However, I can play the piano which is one of my dearest hobbies.
3. Write anything related to romance. Romantic writings are not just something I fancy or find amusing. Plus, I cannot think of anything soppy or charming at the moment anyways.
4. Read the Little House series.
5. Visit the 'Ashley Furniture' showroom. I absolutely abhor that place. Ugh. I used to love that place until I broke my nose when I was 8 years old. I was jumping down the stairs two at a time and then, PLOP. I fell down and broke my nose. My nose looked half like Voldemort's for about 2 months. And I will never forgive that shop for the crime they have committed.
6. Travel to another continent. I would if I could, but I cannot. Can I? I guess I could travel to South America and Africa. Or maybe Europe too. Ah... That would be delightful.
7. Dance the Waltz. Again, I would if I could. But I cannot. I guess I could learn it today. That would be interesting. *claps hands in delight*
8. Call Lindsay Lohan. To begin with, I don't have her phone number. And even if I did, I'd probably burn it in a furnace.
9. Cook Lasagna. I love Lasagna, but I don't know how to cook it. Bah.
10. Ride my horse into the woods. I have a horse?
11. Admire the books of the Twilight Saga. Ye Dare Insult Me? I, Summer Falls, am an absolute anti-Twilight lady and will stand united with other anti-Twilight-ers. (although, the movies could be quite entertaining...)
12. Record a copy of me singing 'Friday' by Rebecca Black in a recording studio and post it on YouTube.
13. Watch a Chinese movie. All I would understand out of the movie is people talking real quick.
14. Memorize my Physics book. Numero Uno, Physics makes me dizzy. Numero Dos, I just don't want to. You have a problem ye?
15. Prank call somebody. I hate prank calling. It is very annoying when cowpogs call your house and say something real stupid. Except I like calling my friends and act like I'm one of those lawyors who are planning to sue them for ordering a 8340234 cups of ice cream and not willing to pay for them. However, I never do this to strangers. Only my friends. And half of the times, they know who I am either because of my hysterical laughing or because they see my caller ID on their telephone screens.

---

There. 15 things. YAY! I actually did it! Go Summer!
@Questa - Don't you just feel as though you've written this post? I thought so. *smiles*

Halloween!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Halloween is one of the coolest most awesome-est times ever. And guess what I dressed up as this time? Khione! You know, the one in The Heroes Of Olympus... the goddess of snow and stuff. It was real fun. Except half the people thought I was a fairy or a princess. My other friend dressed up as Persephone. Both of us had a hard time telling people who we were because it sounds real cheesy telling them you are the goddess of snow and the goddess of flowers. The little tots thought we were Barbies. And we had to settle with that. And this other friend of mine dressed up as Drew. Initially, she was supposedly a popstar according to her mom. But she thought that it was way too cheesy and her mom renamed her Lady Gaga. She denied (well, duh. Who wouldn't?) that 'offer' and named herself as Drew.

Next year, I plan to be Percy Jackson. All you need to do is wear an orange T-shirt paired up with jeans and carry a pen, telling everyone it's Riptide. This guy in my community wants to be Jason Grace next year and I burst out laughing. Because no one can ever be Jason. No one. Jason's too ahhh, lovely for him. :)

Halloween is beast but the worst part is when your feet hurt after the whole journey. Gahh. Especially when you wear like 4 inch heels. Double Gahh. Except I changed into a pair of penguin flip flops later.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN PEOPLES!

Change

Over the past few days, there has been a whole dramatic change going around in my head. A whole different thought. A whole different opinion.
Try to guess.
A Hint? Something to do with something I love.
Another Hint? Something to do with something I admire.
One More Hint? Something to do with my inspiration.
One Teensy More Hint? Something to do with musical geniuses.
If you still didn't already guess, well, I guess I would have to tell you.
Here it goes.
I don't think I'm on the Jonas Brothers side anymore.

Yes. I have actually never thought I'd bring myself to say that ever. But I have, haven't I? Wait. Wait. Let me go back and rephrase that.
I don't think I'm with the Jonas Brothers as much as I used to be anymore.

You see, I still love them. Like die hard. It's just that... I'm not connected to them like how I used to be. They were amazing and beautiful when the three of them were together. The songs they made were so beautiful and inspiring and still continue to inspire me. And then, they break up. Well, not officially, of course. They still say that they would eventually come back together. But I don't have too many hopes on that.
When they're split up, they're still amazing. But they don't produce those goosebumps and that effect, you know?

Joseph. He just released an album. And I'm honestly really happy for him. But the songs he made are not really... him. At least, not really who I thought he was. The songs are so different from the Jonas Brothers. He accepted that too. But still. I don't find that happiness or pleasure or satisfaction when I listen to most of his songs.
Kevin. I'm not mad at him. Not mad at him at all. He didn't do anything to make his fans disappointed. And that's where the point is. He hasn't been doing anything musical for a quite long time. For non-stalkers unlike me, they think that he is just lazing around at home with his wife. His brothers mentioned that he has been getting a lot of offers and that he is coming up with something new quite soon, but how soon?
Nicholas. Now, this is the one guy in the brothers who I'm not utterly disappointed or mad with. He came out with an album and few singles too. All of which are amazing. And most of all, they are 'him'. The songs feel like the songs of the Jonas Brothers. Not of somebody who transformed. And he's actually doing something in his life that we know of. He's going to be starring in a Broadway play soon.

This draws up a conclusion.
I still love, admire and am continued to be inspired by the Jonas Brothers. But since they broke up, or according to them, 'temporarily broke up', I don't find that attachment and content feeling when I listen to them anymore. It's mainly because of Joseph. And I don't blame him. It's just that I'm not into his music much. Reason could be because I'm still a teenager and his songs are more DJ-ish and adult-ish. But then there's Nicholas. Ahhh. Me encanta Nicholas mucho. I love his songs and they are just plain amazing. But then again, without one of the Jo Bro's, there's no Jo Bro's. *sigh*

I just wish they never broke up.

Popularity

The two words that pops in my head when somebody says teenagers is 'popularity contests'. The reason why teenagers care so much about popularity is still a reason that sounds stupid to me. To be part of the inner clique? To dominate the whole grade? To make the opposite gender like them?

Teenagers can be themselves, can't they? Why do they change themselves to be popular? Following the crowd doesn't make you popular. Neither does forcing the hard accent. Or putting on excessive make-up. Or bullying other people. The dictionary definition of popular is 'Commonly Liked or Approved'. Doing all of the above would not make you commonly liked or approved.

Most teenagers today want to be popular. Few of them are, most of them are wanna-be's and some just don't care. Honest, I'm one of those people who don't care. It's so irritating when I see teenage girls forcing upon themselves the 'like, whatever' accent and changing themselves into duplicates of the popular kids. It's just so annoying to see girls who are not even themselves streaming across the hallway self-embarrassing themselves.

What teenagers don't realize is that, no matter how much time you spend during the day wishing you could be part of the A-List or posting statuses of Facebook that sound 'cool', nothing of this sort is going to matter when you grow up. Once you graduate from high school, you go to college. And then, you go to an university. And then, you have a job. And then, you have a family. And then, why would popularity matter? Where you stand and what you are inside really matters. Popularity during childhood won't even matter. Childhood and school days are all about the great friends you would be having for the rest of your life time and the happy memories to cherish for you to remember later on, not a damn about popularity.

Popularity is all a stupid contest that teenagers compete in. Popularity is one of those things in life that do not even matter later on. Popularity is what I think is completely ridiculous and I wish people would think so too.

Fast Life : The Review

Fast Life. Fast Life. FAST LIFEEEE :D

1. All This Time : Joe's favorite of the album. I love the beginning the most and I like the rest of the song a lot too. I just think the chorus of the song is a little too...HSM. But I love the rest of the song too.
2. Just in Love : Love the songggg :D It's so catchy, but its a little too low for a girl to sing :( But still, the song's really good.
3. See No More : Ahhhh! One of the best-est songs on the album. It's perrrfecttt :D
4. Loveslayer : Honestly whenever this song plays, I listen to the beginning part when Joe speaks and the first stanza because I like it and then, I switch the song. *laughs* It's a song a lot of people like. Infact, most of my friends love the song. But I don't know...it's just not something I love.
5. Fast Life : Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. I don't like it. Not at all. Sorry Joseph, but really. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. I don't even know why he named the album after a fail song. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. And Ew.
6. Make You Mine : Nick's favorite on the album. I think I...like it. But I don't really love it. It's just okay.
7. Sorry : Joe's other favorite and MY FAVORITEEEEEEE :D It's amazing! Joe co-wrote it and sang it beautifully. I love the Live on Letterman performance of Sorry. It's amazing. Proud of you Joe.
8. Kleptomaniac : Um... I don't really like it Joe. But, I guess it's just me. Because everyone loves this one.
9. Not Right Now : I don't really like this one either...
10. Take It and Run : It's not bad. It's not amazing. It's not that great, either. It's just something. It's okay.
11. Lighthouse : The music in the background is so cool. I really like the music for this one. The song's really really good too. I love it.
12. Just In Love (featuring Lil Wayne) : Why in the world did he freaking collaborate with Lil Wayne? Wayne spoiled it. And I'm really mad at him for just collabaroting with him. Jeez.

That's it. Although there were a few songs I didn't like, some songs were AMAZING. Sorry and All This Time were amazing. I just realized. Those are Joe's favorites too. Haha. But yeah, all in all, I think it was a really good album. And the best of all, he had fun while doing it. That's what matters.

The Son of Neptune

WARNING : Contains Spoilers

The Son of Neptune is definitely a brilliant and amazing come back to the spin off series, The Heroes of Olympus. It carried the same style of The Lost Hero and was based on the same storyline, adding a few extra information here and there but was extremely intriguing.

One of the best parts? Well, we find out where Percy Jackson is and he returns as one of the main protogonists in the story. Like Jason, he doesn't remember his memory but he does remember that Annabeth was someone special in his life. Quite suprisingly, he regains parts of his memory throughout the book and at the end of it, remembers it all.

The other protogonist is Hazel Levesque. She's the daughter of Pluto and actually comes back from the dead. The one part about her that made me hyperventilate was that she loved a man named Sammy in her life, but she finds out that he's dead. And then, Percy gets a video tape from the Argo II, with Leo Valdez in it. Then. There. We find out that Sammy Valdez is none other than Leo Valdez.

The third and final protogonist is Frank Zhang. He's the son of Mars and is described as a buff man with a baby-ish face. He's a Chinese, Canadian and Neptune descendent. He loves Hazel, while Hazel loves him back too. The silly but scary part of him is that his life depends on a piece of a burnt stick.

The book relates to what happens in the Roman Camp and introduces us to many new characters. One that I find extremely annoying is Octavian. Ugh. The book also tells us more about the rise of Gaea and her plans.

The book, however, leaves us with tonnes of cliffhangers. Who's Jason going to be with? Piper or Reyna? How are they going to react to it? Who is Sammy Valdez/Leo Valdez? Is Hazel going to be with Leo or Frank? Does Annabeth have the mark of Athena? What is the Mark of Athena? How are these seven demigods from the Roman Camp and Greek Camp going to be with each other? We just need to wait and see for the next fall for The Mark of Athena.

Tribute to Steve Jobs

..almost everything -- all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure - these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.

It is sad to hear that the world lost yet another great man. R.I.P Steve Jobs

Fruits and Veggies

Challenge Summer #7 : This prompt was given in by my broooooooo. Word/Page Limit : 150 words or more. Note: You see, my brother is a little too bland too give me an actual topic/prompt and he settled for the usual elementary school topic. And the odds of him reading this is like a million to one, but you just gotta do what you gotta do. ---

The Wikipedia Definition of Fruits : A Fruit is a structure of a plant that contains its seeds.
What I Think : Fruits are probably the coolest things on earth. In Narrower Terms : Fruits are one of my favorite kinds of fruits on earth. The come in wide variety and I find almost 99.99% of them real good. Except for sapotas/chikoos/sapodillas. They suck as much as ice cream topped with ketchup and mayo. Back to the point, fruits are super tasty and super delicious. And juices made out of them are mmm and mmmm... Especially pineapple juice. Tasty. To conclude this pointless paragraph, I'm a fruit fanaticcccc. I SCREAM. YOU SCREAM. WE SCREAM FOR FRUITS!

The Wikipedia Definition of Vegetables : Vegetables are the edible plants or the parts of the plant other than a sweet fruit or seed.
What I Think : Three words. Vegetables are YUCK. When I mean vegetables, I mean the raw vegetables. Thai Curries and Indian Curries are actually quite nice, except for the cooked tomato. Now, that's yucky. Again, to conclude this even more pointless paragraph, veggies are not really nice.

To Finally Conclude Two Huge Pointless Paragraphs : Fruits are pretty nice while Vegetables aren't. Fruits are deliciosaaa while vegetables are asquerosooo (that's Spanish, please). Fruits are awesome while vegetables are off the bottom section of the cool scale. I scream for fruits and not for vegetables.

Thank You.

---

@BROOO : That's 237 words, dude. HA.

What's Waiting In October

My life, transformed from a jam packed PB&J sandwich to an even more packed Subway sandwich now. I think I'm gonna die with all the studying. But, I figured I had to blog about something to keep me surviving. Well, once this month is over (yes, that is like 5 more days), I would be a free horse galloping freely in the field. You know, free bird would have sounded better. Anyways, here's whats waiting in October for moi. :

1. SON OF NEPTUNE!!! I cannot wait! It's gonna be amazing! I pre-ordered it already, as well! And the best part is : Percy's gonna be back! Yay! And I really want to see how the other two demigods are going to be ; One who I believe to be is Frank. Ahhhhh! Awesomeness guarenteed.
2. Fast Life. Fast Life. Fast Life. Fast Life. Fast Life. Fast Life. Fast Life. Fast Life. IT'S GONNA BE OUTTTTTTT! Joe Jonas's album would actually be out! I'm hyperventilating at the moment. All the songs he released so far are amazing. Except for Loveslayer. Which I absolutely abhor. Sorry Joseph.
3. POTTERMOREEEE! EEEEEEEE! Unfortunately, I couldn't find the Magical Quill back during Early Registration, but it's finally gonna be open next month! YES! I cannot wait to find out which house I'm gonna be placed in! Personally, I think I'm a Ravenclaw/Gryffindor person. But yeah, I cannot wait!
4. Paying off a visit to my Granny. A ten-day trip, to be precise. Finally, a break from all the tension.
5. Alicia and I are planning a sleepover! And it's not going to be the usual. It's going to be the best! Not very describing, is it? But, we're gonna be doing an absolute Jonas dedicated/Harry Potter dedicated/Movie watching/Baking sleepover! It sounds very childish, but I cannot wait!
6. I get to catch up with all the TV episodes I've missed!
7. Halloweeeeeeeen! Last to last year, I was the Grim Reaper. Last year, I was a ghost. Wonder what I'm going to be from the dead this year.
8. October means closer to November. And November means MY BIRTHDAY! I'm gonna be 14!

Yup. That's pretty much it. But I cannot wait! But to start off with, this month needs to go by. And it feels like ages to go.

Scary.Surreal.Spectral.

So maybe I'm 13, but I sure had quite a few scary, surreal, spectral experiences across my life. And most of the happenings don't have any logic or science behind them. Thy see for yourself.

  • Back when I was around six years old, my dad had gone to China for business travel. So, it was just my mom, my brother and me in the house. It had been around a week since my dad left and days were passing by as usual. That night, I believe to be, November 21st, was a usual night and my mom tucked both of us to sleep and went to sleep as well. It was alright and we couldn't feel a thing (duh, we were asleep) until... BEEEEEEEP! BEEEEEEEP! Sirens were going on and on. Our security system had gone off. Someone was in the house. Atleast someone had to be. My mom, being a frantic woman, got up instantly and shut the door of the master bedroom. She called 911 and our neighbour. Within 15 minutes, the cops were at our house. Before knocking on our locked master bedroom door, they had scanned the whole house. My mom opened the door and settled things with the cops. Apparently they had come through the open patio door , but there was nobody in the house. After an hour, we were on our own again. That. was our freaky night. And you know, being a mature six year old, though I woke up instantly as well, I hid under the bedsheets because I didn't want my mom to panic even more. And it was freakier when I didn't have anybody to hug tight. The real twist here is... was there really somebody in the house but ran away because he/she was too scared? Was it some supernatural force? Was it just the plain wind?

  • Last to last summer, we had moved into our new house. Our cousins were over and we were just having fun all over the place. One fine evening, I took a fresh shower and went to stand in my balcony. The wind was blowing right in my face and it was ever so pleasant. Right then, the door slammed shut. 'It must have been because of the wind,' I thought. I turned around and tried to open the door. Fail. I turned the knob again. Fail. I began to turn the knob frantically. Third time fail. 'Okay. So, maybe, the door accidently locked itself when it slammed shut...', I thought. I looked out onto the road. Not a single fly passed in and around my sight. Which was quite weird considering it was just the evening. I looked around in despair and began to shout for my mom. After a while, I gave up, though my heart was beating ever so fast. I lean on to the rod and search for somebody...anybody. In the midst of my thoughts, I heard a sound. Click! I turned around and opened the door. Damn! It opened. I rushed out and ran to scan the entire first floor. Not even a single person was there. I run downstairs and see everybody. At first, I thought it was a prank by one of my cousins. But I highly doubted it. Running downstairs from my bedroom would atleast take 45 seconds. As soon as the door opened, I scanned the entire floor. Nobody. Nobody even seemed like they played the prank. I ask them, till day, and all of them deny it. Could it be...? I really don't wanna say it, so I would expect thy to assume it.

  • Around 4 months ago, I was studying for a math test late in the night. My brother was sleeping and my mom was upstairs in her room. My dad had gone out for a walk with his friends. I heard a few noises in the back, coming from the backyard, but ignored them thinking it was our neighbors behind. While I was solving the problems, I looked up to figure out what to do next in the problem. You know, strategies. And then, I saw the door handle move down. I thought it was my dad and began to call out for him. No answer. I still thought it was my dad and began to laugh. 'Dad? I know it's you!' I said. No answer. I began to get psyched. I called my dad on his mobile and he told me he was about a quarter mile away from my house. I explained the story to him and told him to come fast. I cut the phone line and freaked out. I ran upstairs and told my mom. She confessed that she heard noises in the back too. My dad came and told me that my dog was sleeping on the doorstep and there was no possible way for someone to push the handle down without waking Nicky up. I still had my fear. Dad called the security and they checked the place and the house. No signs of any stranger. There went another false alarm. What happened that night, I don't know. Did someone really come? Was it a you-know-what? Or was it just because those math problems tackled my brain and I began to imagine things like a schizophrenic person?

So, that's some of my most terrifying and scary moments ever. In all these three scenarios, I do not know what happened. Nobody knows. That's whats freaky. It could be anything. Imagination. People. Or you-know-what forces. Fine, I'll get myself to say it. Supernatural forces. Nobody knows. It's a mystery.

bobos

Back in eighth grade, I made up this new religon namely, 'Bobo'. Which I promise to explain further later. But the reason I brought this up was because Questa happened to write a poem about me named, 'bobo'. This poem, again, is full of inside jokes, so you may be like, "Okay. What did I just read?". But for the people who get the jokes, it is quite sweet. ---
bobo
Who uses BOBO
Anyway?
.dancing
sprigofsunshine.
.twirling
rainbowstreak.
.strangest
spiralledcircle.
That's who. ---

Just try to put your metaphorical brain to use, and you might actually decode this poem. Of course, it's very pretty. Thanks Questeeeee :)

The Metaphor Master

Yes, I've not been blogging lately cause I have a whole bunch of things to do. Believe me, my life's like a PB&J sandwich now. Totally jam packed. However, my friend, Alicia and me did find time to squeeze in a little time to write a poem about our very unique Questa. The poem's not very poetic but it sure does describe Questa. But...WARNING : The poem contains 85% of inside jokes and hidden metaphors and very wrong grammar, so be very careful people. Here it goes:
The Metaphor Master
as artistic as Da Vinci
as bunny as a bibliography
as cool as a coconut
as dillybee as dillyweed
as extemporaneous as a jackal
as fun as fruit salad
as goodie-goodie like Santa
as happy as Bob
as inky as an inkball
as jolly as Willy Wonka
as kindle as kindle
as limericky as an Australian
as metaphorical as a frog
as neverending as her middle names
as optimistic as a bumblebee
as pessimistic as an iguana
as quiet as a whisper
as rowdy as a snail
as splendid as the Jo Bros
as terrifical as a skyscraper
as ultaa-pultaa as a rolie-polie
as velocity as a cheetah
as womanly wishful
as x-tremely extreme as a business woman
as yo yo as a gangster (dude, it's opposite day)
as zamboree as a zambormaster
BY : Wine and Pig The Greats (Our Pen Names)

So, how was it? Most probably, your reaction must be, "EHH? What is that supposed to be?". Well, truth is... it is quite bad. But you see, that's just cause it's a based on a bunch of inside jokes. Which I cannot really explain. *sighs* Oh well, next time I post a poem, I'll remember to make it very poetic and grammatical.

Identical?

Sometimes, I wonder if I have a twin out there somewhere in the world. Not necessarily alike in looks, but in attitude. My best friend and me are really alike and even connect and talk telepathetically, but we are really different in few ways too. She's more silent, I'm more talkative. She's more dignified, I'm more stupid. Actually, I'll take that back. :D But yeah, I wonder if there is that one person with the same character as me. Be it in books or movies or in reality. In movies, I think Rapunzel in Tangled is a fantastical animated impression of me. In books, I think me and my friend, Swetha, are like Fred and George in Harry Potter : The Epic Novela Series. We're goofy and stupid and somewhat like F&G. And yes, I'm bit like Percy Jackson too. LISTEN UP PEOPLE, I'm not even overacting, just listen to what I have to say. Percy was scared of taking risks and going on adventures too, but then once he realizes it's for his survival and for his family and friends, he's ready to go on any life ride. I'm sorta like that too. I'm scared of doing things, but when I have to do it or when I want to do it, I do it. Speaking in terms of the Jo Bros, I'm most like Joey and Kevin mixed. Really. Go ask anybody. GO.

Padfoot and Prongs

Challenge Summer #6 : The prompt, 'How James Potter is better than Sirius Black' has been given in by Crystal Colours. Word/Page Limit : Not mentioned

James Potter and Sirius Black have been and stayed best friends forever. They shared similar personalities, traits and qualities as well. However, Black was slightly different from Potter.

Sirius Black, however, was an immature man and used to persuade Harry into doing things that were not supposed to be done. This, he did, not out of any hatred or bad intentions, but because of his character in doing so. He was very irresponsible as well. He tells Harry that there is a good and bad side to everybody, but does not seem to notice the good in Severus, at times. But, Black is a man of strong heart and a true Gryffindor. When he loves someone, he loves them to death and tries to never let them go. He had a very sad past and a cruel one as well, this could be the reason for his uncontrollable anger as well.

James Potter, is not spoken about as much as Black in the series. However, from what we know, James was a bully and a highly mischievous kid when he was young. Sirius and him, together, were like the 'big men' of those times. However, as James grew up...as he fell in love with Lily, he began to change. He became more responsible and mature over his decisions.

Between both of them, I think the 'grown' James was much much more responsible than Sirius. He also thinks much ahead than Sirius. Sirius thinks ahead too, but he doesn't think about how to get to that 'ahead'. You get what I'm saying? And Sirius did not really follow his philosophy at times, like the way he thought of Snape then.

I think I'm gonna stop...just here. You know, I guess I can't think of anymore reasons than this. Because, you see. Sirius is like the man. He's my most favorite-est character in the series. So, if you guys have any more reasons. Well aboard the comments!
---
@Crystal Colours : There. You happy?

Jonas Talk

Happy Birthday Joe! YOU ARE FINALLY 23 YEARS OLD! And I can't wait for your new single, Just In Love With You! Since it's your birthday, I made a tribute for you and your brothers. Actually, I made it quite a few days ago. But will post it on today cause IT'S YOUR DAY. Here you go Joey:

Well, it's not really that clear or pretty. But it took a heck lotta time. I was doodling on this paper in Art class. And Dad and mom, if you are reading this, well then, just to inform you, No, I was not 'not' listening in class. I just happened to not get my canvas to school that day. Hence, he gave the people who didn't get canvas-es a free period. There, all cleared.

Anyways...HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOE!

BTW, I didn't really like Loveslayer. If you are reading this Joe, the odds being a 38423842083402384028340823:1, well, please go back to your regular way of singing. But then again, I guess almost everybody loved it. Maybe it's just me. Oh well.

Sprouting Randomness Part Two

Just stop, Charlie. Please.
Okay, Charlie McDonnell is losing it. Like big time. He doesn't have that natural spark in him, you know? It's like he's faking it. People still love him but I don't really anymore. His videos are just...disturbing. You just lost a fan McDonnell.

Wizard Love
'Wizard Love' by meekakitty and heyhihello is so good! This is like a must watch for all of those Harry Potter Book Series fans or Wrock fans. I 'specially like the part where that Slytherin boy gives the Gryffindor girl a Yule Ball invitation through partially, a golden snitch. That snitch is so cool!

Nicholas Jerry Jonas
Okay, I'm just burning with Jonas Fever everyday. This video, especially Nick's speech in the middle, is so inspiring. Each time I watch it (I only watched it twice :P), I get goosebumps from my toes to my cerebrum. GAHHHH! I love you Nicholas!

Writing bad songs...new trend?
Okay, first Friday by Rebecca Black. Fine, bearable. Then, I listen to My Jeans by Jenna Rose and Baby Triggy. Ugh. Next I do another mistake and listen to Take It Easy by Sarah Maugaotega. EWWWW. Later, I do something so stupid and listen to Love You Like A Love Song by Selena Gomez. UGHHH. I never noticed horrible music much around me. But with songs emerging like these? I would. And yes, how could I forget? Baby by the 'JB' name stealer, which actually stands for Jonas Brothers, but now popularly recognized as Justin Bieber. WOAH! I just noticed. Baby has over 600 million views. Oh my lord. Why can't these people go listen to something like 'Black Keys' or 'See No More' or 'Skyscraper' or 'A Little Bit Longer'? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?

Okay. It's Time. I 'Otta Go
Okay. It's Time. I 'Otta Go! :) BTW, keep sending in 'Challenge Summer!' ideas!

Tuesday!

My brother's birthday is coming up this Tuesday and I can't wait! Infact, I think I'm more excited than him. But there is a reason. You see, he's going to be a decade old and we wanted to make his birthday special. So, we thought of getting him ten different presents. But it's turning out to be a little more than we expected. Around 18-19 presents. He's like turning into a little Dudley Dursley.

I lost count and track of the presents we got him, but there sure are plenty. Just wait and see the look on his face. :)

Tribute to Sirius

"The world isn't split into good people and Death Eaters. We've all got both light and dark inside us. What matters is the part we choose to act on. That's who we really are"
- Sirius Black from 'Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix'

RIP SIRIUS BLACK.

Draco Malfoy

Challenge Summer #5 : This prompt has been given by Questa. Yes, Questa again. Somehow, she finds this whole 'Challenge Summer!' scheme, fun. As a matter of fact, I find it fun too. Anyways... Word/Page Limit : More than ten sentences

Draco Malfoy, an uncompassionable bully from Slytherin and the main antagonist of the Harry Potter series. He is a smart one, meaning he knows when and how to hurt people severely using mainly mere words. I've always felt that Malfoy had this self consciousness, you know, to be a popular boy. Maybe it comes from his family. Although Malfoy is this bully kid, he is a major coward with a whole bunch of cowardice. Unless when it's absolutely necessary, Malfoy generally uses words and wizard swears to attack people than actions and spells. Draco mastered Occlumency which Harry could not. Apparently, it's because Draco knows how to control his emotions much better than Harry could. I feel like punching Draco in the face sometimes. Poor Ron, Draco insulted him like crazy and Poor Hermione, Draco insulted her to an extent as well and Poor Harry, Draco tortured him so much. GAHHHH. DIE DRACO. DIE.

OH MY LORD! GUESS WHAT? TOM FELTON, THE GUY HE PLAYS-PLAYED(*sniff sniff*)- DRACO MALFOY AUDITIONED TO PLAY HARRY POTTER AND RON WEASLEY! OH MY GOD. JUST IMAGINE HOW THAT WOULD BE. Okay, if you knew this well, it would be that exciting. But, I didn't. So, that's just so WEIRD. Imagine Felton playing the role of Harry or Ron. Ew.

---
@Questa : This challenge was a fail. And BTW, this post was exactly 17 lines or something. Including the last paragraph and the one word lines :D Anyways, even if it didn't make you content enough, hope it made you laugh with the nonsense on this page.

Source : Wikipedia

The New Look

So, how do you like the new look of the blog? I was thinking about changing the look for quite a long time because pink is not really my favorite color. Yesterday, I noticed Questa's changed blog and how pretty it looked when she changed it. And then, boom. I felt like changing the way my blog looked. So, yeah. That's the story of why I changed my blog's look.

Keep sending in more 'Challenge Summer!' ideas!

Ron and Hermione

Challenge Summer #4 : This prompt has been given by Questa. Word/Page Limit : Not mentioned.

Ah... who expected two bickering best friends to ever finally stay together and get married? The way their relationship strengthtens every book is so cool! They start off with Hermione telling Ron that he has some dirt on his nose and that he had performed a spell wrong. 'Sunshine, daisies, butter mellow... turn this stupid rat yellow!' That was hilarious! The series ends with Hugo and Rose looking up to their parents.

Ron, an insecure, funny, hilarious, dumb-witted and immature boy and Hermione, a witty, intelligent, logical, serious and practical lady. It's so realisitc how two very different people come together as one couple.

The way their relationship strengthens in the books is amazing. The changes in their attitudes towards each other is almost 'invisible'. Unless you read the series concentrating on Ron and Hermione, their attitude towards each other develops slowly and almost 'negligibly'. And then, it's so cool how the readers can actually take in the fact that Ron and Hermione are a couple when they get married in the end. Rowling carries the reader with them. Unlike most books, like love at first sight or love spurting suddenly, Ron and Hermione actually start from a wild base and come to a stop to start a new beginning together, where both the characters never had begun loving each other suddenly. It developed pace by pace, which really takes me into the story.

Ron/Hermione are a perfect pair. Better than Percy/Annabeth. Much better, as a matter of fact. Bless that couple!

---
@Questa - Hope you liked it unless you considered it a little cheesy or goo-ey... :)
@All - You see, I am experiencing problems with this dumb Blogger. I typed in a more sensible and proper post than this before and Blogger deletes it. How rude.

Black Keys

Challenge Summer #3 : This prompt, 'Inner Meaning of Black Keys', has been given by Alicia Meadows. Alicia is my best-est most awesome-est friend, BTW. And yes, she is the one who made me get OJD (Obsessive Jonas Disorder). Word/Page Limit : Did not mention

Black Keys, a song written and sung by Nicholas Jonas, has a lot of depth and meaning. It's a song with a melody that sounds like a minor scale and the meaning is feels like it's written in a minor scale as well.

The song is about a girl breaking his heart and he feels really... different. Everything around him feels new. He feels as though he had never been in the world he was living in at that moment.

And the black keys never looked so beautiful,
And a perfect rainbow never looked so dull,
And the light's out never had this bright a glow,
And the black keys are showing me a world I never knew...

Nick is trying to explain his feelings at that time. He feels as though all the colors in his life are fading away. All the beautiful things seem to be losing it's value while all the neglected items begin to seem so new and different...good different. The black keys on the piano, which are dominated by the white keys, seem so beautiful all of a sudden. The perfect rainbow, with all the colors, seemed so dull and out of value.

This song may seem depressing and sad, but it is one of those songs with real value. It doesn't necessarily have to be a case of incidence when a girl is walking away from your life. It could be a fight with your parents, a failure in a test, a failure in something you really wanted to achieve, a fight with your best friend or anything that makes you feel sad. The song talks about how when you're down, everything around you feels like its changing.

'Black Keys' is a really melodic and deep song. A song I love. If the Jonas Brothers are ever going to come by this post, the odds being a 1000000000000000000:1, well then, remember that you have a fan out there (actually two, counting Alicia) who loves the depth, value and meaning of your songs like Black Keys and would want to thank you for the songs you're making.

Jason

Challenge Summer #2 : This prompt has been given by Questa. Word/Page Limit : More than one sentence.

Jason Grace, when he was first introduced in the books, I knew there was going to be something I was going to like about him. Turns out I like everything about him. He had everything a demigod needed - looks, abilities, power, and blah blah. I loved the way he acted to everybody as well, even when he didn't remember his past. But then again, I don't know - we don't know - anything about him. We just know the him after he lost his memory. What if he is this real tough guy? What if he was trained to kill anyone who seemed like an enemy? (That is, the Greeks.) What if he is not the Jason I imagined him to be? For all of this answers, I have to wait till October 3rd. Till then, I shall assume that Jason is a guy imagine him to be.

And if he is, well that's amazing. He is good looking, although I do not like blond hair very much. But the image of Jason in my head is very nice you see. And I like his electric blue eyes. WAITT... INTERRUPTION : What do you prefer - Harry's green eyes or Jason's electric blue eyes? This is a hard one. But with the images of both of them in my head, I would prefer Jason's blue eyes. Anyways, yeah, as I was saying, I like Jason's eyes. Jason is also really sweet to Piper. I hate the way Piper gets jealous. Yeah, she's Aphrodite's daughter but still... it's so annoying when she gets so protective. Well, I guess I can't blame her. But it's so cute when Jason gets so uncomfortable with her! I WISH REYNA NEVER EXISTED! Entonces... Jason is really brave too. What would your reaction be if you had to fight monsters and crazy creatures and you don't even remember that you're a demigod? Despite losing his memory and not knowing who Leo and Piper really are, he's so loyal to them. That's so sweet of him. For some reason, Jason reminds me much of Percy Jackson. They're have a lot of differences, but they are common in a few ways. Both of them are loyal to the ones they like/love, they both are natural leaders, they both have skill and they both have determination, although Jason keeps criticizing himself when he does things wrong.

Coming back to a point previously mentioned, we still don't know who the 'real Jason' is and so, we just have to either consider 'Jason after he lost his memory' or just wait and see.

Dammit.

How frustrating would this be? You write down an exquisite long post and re-check it. You click on the tab 'Publish Post' and then an error occurs. The entire text gets deleted. ARGHH. That's what happened to me. Curse you Blogger.

I'm too lazy and angry to type down everything down again, so here's the brief points I mentioned.

  1. I watched Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II on Sunday! It was amazing! The Prince's Tale and 19 years later was just how it was suppossed to be. Snape and Sirius made me cry. And in the epilouge, the part where Harry is all like, "He was the bravest man I ever knew", broke my heart into pieces. It was so emotional. I started crying. It was amazing. Way better than my expectations

  2. Joe's new single is coming out August 15th! It's called 'Just In Love'. I can't wait! The countdown starts!

Now listen up people. I wrote way more. Like around 6 times what I wrote now. And it all got deleted. Now I'm mad. And I demand myself to constirct and limit myself only till here although it got deleted. Now, don't cry. It's not your fault I'm mad. It's all because of Blogger. He/she deserves a TimeOut. Note my usage of he SLASH she. I'm being very equal to the genders you see.

*Sniff Sniff*

HARRY POTTER IS COMING TO AN END! THE EPIC SERIES IS OVER! And guess what's the worst part? I might not even be able to watch it until Wednesday! Unfair, right? I know. The tickets are all sold out. Guess what again? Luna and Neville might even end up together! They make a good couple, but still. I grew up with the Harry Potter movies, yes, the movies. The books I started when I was in 6th grade, but I've been watching the movies since I was like 3 or something! So I was saying, Harry's like my best friend. How can it just end like that? And it's gonna be so hard seeing Fred Weasley actually die in front of me. And Lupin and Tonks. WHY? WHY? WHY DID SHE MAKE THEM DIE? I wanna watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 so badly! Is anybody going on the first day of the movie?

Why I HATE the Jonas Brothers

WARNING : READ THE ENTIRE TEXT OR ELSE IT WON'T MAKE SENSE!

Challenge Summer #1 : This prompt has been given by Monica Rez. Word/Page Limit : 300 words or above.

The Jonas Brothers. The most awful-est boy band one could think of. Sure, I complimented them before... but everybody has their bad side, don't they? I think I just realized theirs.

Starting off with their music... it's just way too much noise in the back. It's like somebody wrote the sheet music for the song during their personal nightmare.

Coming to their looks... what is up with their Nick's hair? Curly much?

Their competition...They're lacking behind their competition. Justin Bieber is, in a few ways, much much better than the Jo Bros.

Their definition in their songs... Sure, some of them are inspiring... but few, don't make sense at all.

I'm not insulting the Jonas Brothers, but I think I sort of lost my admiration for them. Thinking about it, there are way better singers than them out there. Justin Bieber, Jessie J. and even, Selena Gomez. There are singers with much more depth in them.

There's no denying I still like the Jonas Brothers. But once Monica gave me this prompt, I started thinking about it. There is no reason why I should be loving them so much. (201)

This concludes my talk for today. Oh yeah, did I mention today was Opposite Day?

---

@Monica Rez : You see, I had to end this little post over here with a cheesy line but that's because the Jonas Brothers are like THEEE JONAS BROTHERS. Nobody, and when I mean nobody, NO-BODY can beat them. They're like an epic band. So when you give me prompts like this, beware for cheesy endings like this.

@All Reading This : No, my admiration for the Jonas Brothers has not decreased even by a little tint. It just keeps on rising and rising until I'm burnin' up. Get it? Burnin' Up? Haha :)

@Monica Rez again : BTW, this is, to be precise, exactly, 309 words. So there.

YAHHHH, I'm done with my first Challenge Summer! Keep giving in more ideas!

Challenge Summer!

Replica of 'Challenge Charlie' by Charlie McDonnell is 'Challenge Summer!'. I just thought about it recently. Sometimes, when I really wanna blog about something, I just can't think of that something. So, 'Challenge Summer!'' is basically a sort of thing where you guys tell me some topic to blog about ; be it Obama, Books or Dung. Any random topic you guys give in, I hereby promise to blog about.

You guys can tell me the topics to blog about through email (if you know it), through telephone, through posting comments, or face-to-face.

You guys can even tell me how long you want the post to be. 3 words, 3 lines, 3 paragraphs or 3 pages. Yeahhh-kneeeee-thingggg :)

I can't wait!

Things That Are Going Around In My Cerebrum Part Two

Note : The post is long, yes. But it's quite random. If you're one of those people who have all the time in the world, like me, read onnnn! (:

1. It's Summer, right? (the season, not referring to me) Shouldn't you be doing things like not doing anything related to world history? But my poor unfortunate soul has to study to French Revolution and the Russian Revolution and blehhh. BTW, I'm no nerd, I had to prepare for the next grade, that is, a deal made by mis padres. Pray that the souls Louis XVI and Napoleon and Hitler and those evil Voldemort-type people during those revolutions go down to pits of Tartarus.

2. What would you do if you have a dog who's getting fatter everyday despite whatever you do? You're taking her for walks... restricting the amount she eats a day... giving her only a meal a day... yet, she's getting fatter and fatter. Gee, that's my situation. Nicky's like THE most sweet-est dog in the whole entire world, but why her? Poor old Niksters.

3. Yes, I watched the video of SEE NO MORE the day it was out! Except I watched it in pretty bad quality then. Now, I watched the proper one on his YouTube channel and I turned out to be pretty...disappointed. No kidding. It was really good but I was expecting more. Really, what is up with that bathrobe going into flames? But still, I like it. Just was expecting more.

4. HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PART TWO! Pure awesomeness. Can't wait!

5. Which reminds me, Percy Jackson and The Sea Of Monsters is planning to release in 2012. But I'm not sure if Logan Lerman will be playing Percy again. I really want him too. Real bad. But he's gonna be like 22 then. Annabeth would be like 28. Ew.

6. Which reminds me once more. Abduction! I wanna watch it really bad. Not as bad as the two above. But the trailer looks incredibly exciting. Plus, it stars Taylor Lautner. Yayy!

7. Ouch. This laptop's giving me a shock. You know, an electric shock. Ouch. I swear it's giving me one. It's like those little stings. Ouch.

8. I'm done reading that little Judy Blume book, 'Deenie'. It was pretty okay in the beginning but it started getting incredibly irritating and boring. Do not read if you're book taste is quite like mine. I don't know what to read now. My dad wants me to read this book called 'Outliers : The Story To Success' or something like that. I read the first few pages. And it was pretty okay. So, I'll just read that. After that, I'll read some Nicholas Sparks book. I really need some tragic drama at the moment.

9. In case you do not know me quite well, compare me with the Disney Princess, Rapunzel in the Disney feature movie, 'Tangled'. I just remembered, but people keep comparing me with her. Even when I watched the movie, I was like 'Woah! She's my twin!' Haha :) BTW, if I mentioned this before in a previous post, don't laugh at me or think I'm a short term memory loss patient.

10. Vaah-kayy then, gotta go now. See yaaaaaa

My Top Ones

My Top Five Vacation Spots (whether I already have went or want to go) :
1. Kawaii in Hawaii
2. Alaska in United States of America
3. Sydney in Australia
4. Goa in India
5. CALIFORNIA! (yes, living there is like vacation all the way)

My Top Four Celebrities :
1. The Jonas Brothers (well, duh. whadya expect?)
2. Taylor Lautner (Team Jacob all the way)
3. Will Smith (Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Hancock, Independence Day, Dad of the coolest kiddo in the world, Jaden, isn't that enough?)
4. Gary Oldman (Sirius Black and his role in Air Force One. Love him for those two)
Note : Gary Oldman isn't even one of my super favorites. I just like both of his above roles.

My Top Five Chocolates :
1. Hersheys - The Bar
2. Nerds
3. Ferrero Rochers (Did I spell that right?)
4. Milky Way
5. Hershey Kisses

My Top Three Inspirations :
1. My Dad
2. Steve Jobs
3. The Jonas Brothers (yes, again)

My Top Four WORST Celebrities (theoretically, three) :
1. Justin Bieber (I hate that girl.)
2. Selena Gomez (Sorry Gomez, but you can't sing all songs. Just do a few singles now and then, not a failure album. And do not. Please do not, copy others style)
3. Lady Gaga (so maybe she thinks she's unique and all, but why make people's eyes burn?)
4. I would want to say Rebecca Black. But you know, we should actually appreciate the way she's taking in all the negative criticism. Yes, Friday is incredibly horri-bleh, but she was strong. She said people told her to go die, cut her hand and watch the blood flow out like an emo, but she was strong enough to put that all aside. Really, why die if you have a bad voice? But then again, what's up with the song, Friday? But then again, again, she doesn't come under a worst celebrity.

My Top One Worst Chocolate :
1. Anything with nuts. EW.

I gotta go now. See ya.

Just Imagine

1. When the dude who played Percy Jackson (Logan Lerman) in the movies looked that good, jeshtt try imagining how Jason Grace would look. Just imagine.

2. What if Willy Wonka's chocolate factory really did exist? Sure, there's a Willy Wonka Candy Company, but what if there was like the actual factory they show in the movies? Just imagine.

3. What if you could meet anybody you wanted to meet and spend a day with them to your favorite vacation spot? Be it a celebrity, athlete or somebody like Steve Jobs. Just imagine. If you know me well, I think you'd know who I would wanna meet.

4. Try imagining what the rest of the world population is doing right now. Sleeping? Watching ABC Family? Talking to a parrot? Listening to music? Spazzing over the Jonas Brothers? Crying? Just imagine.

5. What if you had a hundred wishes? Just imagine. GAHHHHHHH, I'm running outta things. I better stop now.

An Exquisite Long Post

THE TRAILER OF THE MUSIC VIDEO OF SEE NO MORE IS OUT! The official music video is out this Tuesday! It looks so...AMAZING. I'm like hyperventilating right now. I can't wait for it to come out! I can't wait even more for Joe's album, 'Fast Life' to come out! Three words. I.Can't.Wait. But like they say, 'While there is good news, bad news strikes as well. Karma won't leave.' I think I just made that up. But yeah, what I'm trying to say is, *sigh* there is quite some bad news. *huff* Here it goes : The Jonas Brothers didn't officially break up but they didn't say they would be making another album any sooner as well. *cries and more cries* Going by what Joe J. stated : They would be making an album down the line, which is like 2 GIGANTIC YEARS OR MORE. Going by what I think: I don't have an opinion, but can they freaking make one already? Okay, so I know it takes time to make an album. I know it's hard putting it all together. I know it's not very easy. And I know...no more. But can they actually assure us Jonas Fans that they would be making one soon? Sorry Jonas, but I just adore you guys too much, that I can't wait any more.
Note To All Those Smirking Out There : You see, the Jonas Brothers are not made for only 5 year olds. They are not another Hannah Montana. So what if they're Disney? Huh? That doesn't mean they're babies or they're cheesy. Okay so maybe Joe does have a big piece of cheese in his head, but the fact here is : The Jonas Brothers are making their way into Hollywood, just give them time. And they're like the good guys (no, not the T.V show), and they will always be. So.don't.even.smirk

Switching to a little more less emotional topic : Cars 2. I hear the response is quite bad, 1.5 stars or so? Is it really that bad? I mean, it's PIXAR! I shouldn't really be talking here because I didn't even watch the prequel, 'Cars'. But, I still wanna watch Cars 2. I think I'll understand most of it. I mean my mom understood 'Kung Fu Panda 2' without watching 'Kung Fu Panda'. Speaking of Kung Fu Panda 2, IT WAS AWESOME! I think they would be making it a trilogy 'cause you know how they didn't end it well? I love the silly, stupid jokes that Po guy makes. He became way better at Kung Fu. In the first movie, he's like as bad as me.

What is up with that 'Love You Like A Love Song' music video? It creeps the crap out of me. It's like Gomez is turning into a Lady Gaga and Katy Perry hybrid variety. She's starting to give me nightmares. All her new songs are. Seriously, 'Bang Bang Bang'? But you know how seriously annoying songs like Black's 'Friday' get stuck in your head and then you start to die? That's how I feel at the moment with 'Love You Like A Love Song'. It's not even like I wanted to listen to it. I listened to it because it was topping the iTunes charts and practically, every other chart in the world. I listen to it and then boom. I'm dead. Yo advice to Tu : Don't listen to it. Vague chances of you liking it. Maybe the song, you would like, but don't dare watching the music video. You're gonna watch it, aren't you? Don't say that I didn't warn you.

On a complete random note : Isn't it quite a sad thought to remember that Rebecca Black shares a last name with one of the best-est characters in the history of books? Poor old Sirius. His soul must wake up from peace.

Give me some advice : Should I bake chocolate brownies or vanilla cupcakes? It's just for me and moi family and mes friends. Personally, I like vanilla better, wayy better. But most of the people like chocolate brownies. What should I bake?

Wow. That's a lot of labels down there.

Television Today

Some shows and what I think about them are mentioned below:

  • Make It Or Break It - Completely full of exaggerated drama, is this one-hour once-in-a-week show. About 4 elite gymnasts, their life and their deep problems. Once you watch an episode of the show, you tend to stick on to it. Pretty good for teenage girls, but pretty fake once you think about it.

  • Full House - Best-est, most awesome-est show ever! It may be old, but never gets boring. It's that show which makes you feel like going into the T.V and pinching Michelle's cheeks (out of cuteness, that is). And Danny Tanner is like the exact replica of my dad. Clean freak!

  • How I Met Your Mother - Makes me crack up with bundles of laugher. Has that original sense of humor.

  • Spongebob Squarepants - Best animated show ever! How cool is living in a pineapple under the sea? Huh? Huh?

  • The Vampire Diaries - So you may say, it's a good show and all. Well, I can't really comment on this because I barely watched an episode, but I watched many video snippets of the series. But yeah, by watching the snippets, I half conclude that the T.V series is like this totally different story line from the books. Hell no, are they similar! But yeah, I like the books. Gotta follow the T.V series

  • Family Guy - Feel like puking at that fat dad guy. Worst show in epic history. Fail attempt at copying the Simpsons. Firstly, I hate the Simpsons. Secondly, the Family Guy is worse than the Simpsons. How perverted can a show get? And what's up with that weird Stewie guy? Hate that show to the extreme core of the Earth.

  • Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide - That show was so freaking good! I loved the parts where Ned used to give us tips about school. Except I hated Ned's best friend. The boy guy. The one with broken glasses, or something.

  • No Ordinary Family - Classic Superhero Family, but it's still so good! I especially like the kids and that dude... drats, I forgot his name.

  • Jonas L.A - Being a Jonas fanatic, it was the most cute-est show ever! It was hilarious, especially that little pinch of drama between them. Hahaha :)

How To Spoil A Surprise Partayyy

DISCLAIMER : Written with complete experience by the Summer.

1. Talk about how bad you feel for not throwing a surprise party for him/her. Tell him/her that you're sorry for not making their birthday special.
2. Talk about how busy you are that day and how sorry you feel for not going to his/her house.
3. Keep whispering to the friend sitting beside you and giggle momentarily.
4. Keep asking him/her what he/she wants for his/her birthday. Even if they say they are not planning to have a party, keep insisting them.
5. Call their house that previous night and make sure the 'to-be' birthday girl/boy picks up. And then, ask for their mom/dad. Talk to their mom/dad for quite a long time as you need to discuss the birthday plans.
6. Don't get many presents on the day of his/her birthday to school as you're gonna get him/her some anyway to his/her house.
7. Start squealing randomly during a Physics class or when the birthday boy/girl is talking.
8. Tell the birthday boy/girl that they would be having something awaiting them.

- Sit back. Relax. And witness yourself spoiling their surprise. ENJOY!

A Little Bit Longer

'But you don't know what you've got until it's gone. And you don't know what it's like to feel so low. And every time you smile, you laugh, you glow. You don't even know.'

The Son of Neptune

WARNING- Incase you want to read the first chapter of The Son of Neptune, without any spoilers, DO NOT READ the post below for it contains many spoilers.
GUESS WHAAAAAAAAT? For those of you Percy Jackson fans out there, the Son of Neptune first chapter has released! It has! It really has! And it's way different from what I had imagined. The chapter is about Percy Jackson encountering Medusa's sisters. Guess whaaaaat again? Although Hera removes Percy's memories, Percy remembers that there was someone special named Annabeth!!! I was jumping up and down at the sight of that sentance. Anyways, Percy is at an edge of a cliff and he has to decide whether to jump into the sea or fight Medusa's sisters. I don't think he knows he's the son of Poseidon/Neptune because he doesn't jump into it! Well, he does at the end of the chapter. But that's only because he's in a Do or Die situation.

'It's like the chapter ends with a cliffhanger. Like literally a cliffhanger' quoted Priyanka, another Percy Jackson freako. And so, for all those who haven't read the chapter yet, what are you waiting for? Go read it... NOW!

Commencement Speeches

I was watching a few commencement speeches by famous people the other day and wanted to blog about it today. You can watch the speeches on this website. I wrote few short POV's from my side on a few of the speech givers right below:

  • Steve Jobs - Steve Jobs connects the dots of his life in his speech. His speech made me cry. Especially the part where he was describing the time he dropped out of college. Steve Jobs, the Founder of Apple, is possibly one of the most inspiring people I've ever know.

  • Larry Page- Larry Page's graduation speech was amazing. He starts talking about his family to his school to his company, Google. He started Google based on a dream. Like, literally a dream in his sleep.

  • Ellen Degeneres- Ellen's speech is not like the others. Not what you would expect. It's not the usual deal of inspiration and hope for the future, but is a really funny and hilarious presentation. It's just like the 'Ellen' show that airs on TV. She makes the most unexpected jokes ever, but it's still real good. In a bad mood? Go watch her speech. You'll crack up with laughter.

  • J.K Rowling - Being a HP fan, I got into the speech even more deeply. Her speech is much like Steve Jobs, but very different as well.

  • Randy Pausch - Watch his speech and pay a little tribute to the great man who passed away. Although his commencement speech is the shortest, it's no way less inspiring. He talks about his life, his relationship with his wife and everything else put together in around 7 minutes.

Ninjas

This post traces back to around... two days ago. It all started on a Wednesday evening. Like usual, I was taking my dog for a walk. The sun was almost out of sight and it was quite dark. I was looking around and then, all of a sudden, Nicky wouldn't move. I pulled the leash, but she didn't react other than making choking noises. I pulled her by the collar, but she didn't budge. Something was seriously wrong.

I followed the path her eyes were looking at and then, I was sort of startled too, just like Nicky. I could see- Both of us could see- a ninja...cat. I'm not even lying, yes, a ninja cat. It made these really weird moves. It took both its arms up and raised them like one of those Japanese ninjas. Are ninjas Japanese? And then, it made some quick reflexes. Quicker than you could see. Okay, a little too much exaggeration. But boy, they were quick. And then Nicky took a step forward. I was freaked out. I turned around to see whether anybody else could see this freaky ninja cat. All I saw was Daddy walking the other way. I looked back at the ninja cat-can we name this ninja cat Cho? And then, I realized Cho was a girl. A FEMALE NINJA CAT! Yeah, pretty kicking cool if you were in a different position and not in one like me. Because my situation was really scary. The reason was Cho was a... female ninja mother.

I'm not even lying. I saw kittens. They were freaking ninja kittens. Maybe they didn't have ninja powers like their mother, but they were still ninja kittens weren't they? The ninja kittens hid behind the bushes and Cho was doing really weird poses and moves. Like a tiger. Cho looked like she was about to charge. Nicky barked. Now Cho really looked like she was gonna attack

I took all my strength and pulled Nicky. I tried to catch up with Daddy before Nicky goes charging at Cho. I was honestly more scared for the kittens than Nicky and myself. I mean, those kittens obviously don't have the powers of their holy mother ninja. And so, I didn't want Nicky to go trample those kittens.

Once I caught up with Daddy, I told him the entire story leaving aside the fact that I thought they were ninjas. And then, Daddy got mad at me. Apparently, I'm supposed to let dogs do their job and chase cats cause that's what they do. I wanted to tell him it wasn't an ordinary cat, but a mother ninja cat. Except obviously I wouldn't do that. And so, Daddy began lecturing me while he walked Nicky back to Cho and her kittens. We came to the spot where Cho and her kittens were staying. Cho and Nicky had this really awkward glaring session. Finally, Cho meowed and started 'scratching' the ground with its pretty sharp nails. And then, Cho opened its mouth and made a distubing sound. Like she had fangs or something. Nicky was about to go and... I don't know what she was thinking but I really doubt gentle and pretty lazy Nicky could go beat up even a cat... how would she beat up a ninja cat? And then, Daddy sort of comprehended this whole scenario. Yet, he wouldn't confide. All he said was, "Maybe you should walk in a different path. It looks like the cat has kittens. Why did you even come here when you saw a cat?". He left aside everything about ninjas. But I can almost swear he knew Cho was a ninja descendant. And then, Daddy walked away and I went in my own path with Nicks, obviously not in that crazy Cho's lane.

That story, folks. Tells me that was one of the coolest things ever. Who knows what I'm going to bump into one day? A fairy bulldog? A werewolf bird? How about this - a vampire termite?
